Restaurant
General Manager
In this role, You’ll Own the guest experience, lead a world-class team, and drive results.
Role highlights: daily ops (FOH/BOH), menu & beverage collaboration, cost control & forecasting, training & service excellence, brand/events leadership.
You bring: 7+ yrs F&B leadership in fine dining, strong wine/spirits knowledge (WSET a plus), proven P&L ownership, exceptional leadership & communication, and flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays.
International hospitality training or experience in restaurant management is a plus

Housekeeper
(Part-Time)
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team 3 evenings per week (5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.). Duties include general cleaning, sanitising restrooms, supporting events, and assisting guests.

Requirements:

Secondary school education (CXC English & Maths an asset)

At least 1 year of housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
