Bartender
We’re seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will mix, garnish and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks for guests while serving at the highest standards of hospitality and following the company’s recipes.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum of one year’s experience in a similar job, preferably in a fine-dining environment.

Completed Secondary School Education.
-
CXC’s in English and Mathematics [Passing Grades: I, II or III] is a plus.
-
Knowledge of Mixology, Spirits, and Wines is a plus.
-
Computer literacy is a plus.
-
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards during busy service periods.

Ability to work collaboratively and professionally in a team environment.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Senior Sous Chef
We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Senior Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, committed to excellence, and capable of supporting the Head Chef in delivering outstanding dining experiences. This role includes leading and training junior chefs, assisting with menu development, managing inventory and cost control, and maintaining strict hygiene and HACCP standards.
