Wine Steward

We are seeking a passionate and professional

Wine Steward to join our team.

 

​

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with wine service in the restaurant

  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and presentation of wines, maintaining optimal quality

  • Support the organization and maintenance of the wine cellar and storage areas

  • Assist with stock control, inventory counts, and cellar administration

  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all wine-related service areas

  • Provide knowledgeable and professional wine recommendations to guests

  • Work closely with the Food & Beverage and culinary team to ensure seamless service

  • Follow all health, safety, and service procedures

​

Requirements:​

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within a fine dining environment

  • Strong wine knowledge and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences

  • WSET Level 1 or 2 certification is an asset

  • Previous exposure to wine cellar operations

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • High attention to detail and presentation

Junior Sous Chef

We are looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef to join our culinary team. This role supports menu planning, inventory management, and daily kitchen operations, while assisting the Sous Chef and Head Chef when needed. It is ideal for a passionate, growth-driven chef who thrives in a fast-paced, professional kitchen environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

​​

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a fine dining or high-quality culinary environment.

  • Culinary Certificate or Diploma is an advantage.

  • Knowledge of general Food & Beverage operations is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of food safety and HACCP standards.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
