The decor and ambience of this fine restaurant is the creativity of Tammie assisted by a Trinidadian design company. The excellent service and hospitality and of course cuisine, is why the clientele always returns for more of the Tides Experience. There is no doubt that her focus on the customers is clearly defined and top priority on her list.

Tammie believes they are blessed with a committed management team and staff, who are like their extended family and are considered key to the success of The Tides Restaurant.

Tammie, Trinidadian born came to Barbados with her family at the tender age of five. Her degree in Hotel Management was gained at the University of the West Indies. Her most prestigious on the job training was with the Roux Brothers in England under the careful guidance of Michelle and Albert Roux. Her Personal mission statement: I will always be driven to succeed.
