Henry Sealy, Restaurant Manager
Henry brings a wealth of experience in food and beverage to The Tides.
He trained at The Barbados Hotel School as well the hotel schools in both Martinique and Guadeloupe.
His first work experience began at Sam Lords Castle where he moved from trainee waiter to maitre'd. He then moved on to Discovery Bay as restaurant manager before returning to Sam Lords as complex manager. Henry left Barbados for The United States where he joined Marriots until returning to his beloved homeland and Divi Hotel as food and beverage manager. He also worked at Paradise Hotel, Grand Barbados, Tall Ships and dabbled in his own business for a while as well as offering a consultancy service for the hospitality sector.
Henry joined The Tides in 2004 as Restaurant Manger where he plays a large role in maintaining the exquisite level of service that is experienced here.
